Just how dense are these Premier League clubs, that fucking Leicester City, who probably have the strongest scouting network, recruitment, and development in the league; can simply spend 3.75m raising, for someone who will be worth a lot more than that if he ends up 'okay', probably more than 4m even if he flops in a couple of years.
