I actually very rarely see him being called shit by my Arsenal supporting friends and people I know IRL, it seems to be a common online thing (and even then not by United fans as well) which leads me to suspect it's done mostly by people who at best half-watch streams while posting on /sp/ and miss all of the work that he puts in to create space and keep useful possession in the final third - almost everyone I know (including me) who goes to games thinks he should be in with a very decent chance of starting and particularly with Sanchez in the lineup he definitely should be, he's also a great big game player and plays his best in important occasions which is a trait that we sorely need in our players

Except that's not a serious answer and you know it, how can I argue against you just saying he's shit at everything like an 8 year old would?
His passing is one of the best parts of his game and he's very good at the particular skill that's quite rare of keeping possession in the final third while moving the ball forward. His pass completion in the final third is among the best in the league but crucially the percentage of those passes that are forward is incredibly high and that's a useful and rare skill to have.
He has a pretty decent goals/game ratio but the main reason he doesn't score as many as people think he should is that he doesn't get into good goalscoring positions enough - not that he's missing a high amount of chances and that's a very different skill but in the role he plays isn't as important as if he were an out-and-out striker but yes, it's an area he could improve.
You (and most of the people that heavily criticise him in these threads) just seem to make incredibly ill-informed and simply plain wrong comments about him and seem to have a very very basic view about football in general >>64618306 this guy probably just looked at his goal/game on wikipedia and decided he didn't like him
