One thing that has improved steadily is his eFG% (and all other percentages related to it) and that is the result of being in an offense that isn't just "give Curry the ball and let God take care of the rest" for the most part. I think the Bulls were one of the most athletic teams of all-time. Rodman was a freak, he would run the treadmill after playing 40 minutes in a game instead of doing postgame interviews. Jordan, nothing needs to be said. Pippin was the first player that size who was long and quick, and he wasn't no slouch with his hops either. He wasn't Michael good, but he was like Kobe, he could get up there.

maybe you should analyze how many free throws a team gets and what type of shots are they shooting. heavy 3pt shooting teams will have less free throws compared to a big men oriented team.

I'd like to get some input on my situation.
I'm 20 years old and plan for a career in professional basketball. I already play for a first league basketball team in Germany and was offered a long term contract with - for German standards - good pay. They expect me to sign it during the winter/spring (definitely before the NBA draft next year).
The issue is that I might get the chance to be drafted in the NBA - though nothing is set in stone for that yet.
The club here in Germany of course wants to prevent that and have told me straight up that if I don't sign the contract in winter and end up not getting drafted the new contract they would offer me would look a lot worse (the one they offer me right now already pays way less than any NBA rookie contract would).

What I forgot to mention is that the club in Germany is in my home town and its also one of the bigger, more successful ones in Germany. So in case I don't get drafted I could probably find another club in Germany willing to maybe pay me more - but I'm not sure if I'd like to.

I hate to say this but it sounds like you aren't good enough for the NBA. Usually euros who get drafted young into the NBA were superstars in their league. You can take this post and use it as motivation though and work hard but if I were you I'd take that contract they are offering you, play and get better and then try out later on for some NBA teams.
