Just a free online FIFA game, It's hard to play against people online because there's no good NA servers just Chinese and other Asian servers as well as a Russian server so ping is awful but it has the league you can play against the computer and it's not affected by the ping. Card packs are not the same either you only get 1 player from a pack and that's it, You can keep refreshing your teams contract with the in game coins you get. It's okay i suppose, It's really popular over in the countries that have servers, They have like esports competition and shit.

I don't really know (but I'm prone to say no). My PC can't run 16, and I don't have a console, but you can access with your Facebook acc, so if somehow FIFA 16 lets you link your facebook with your Origin acc, probably.
Anyways, even if it doesn't let go do so, it's a great time killer and quite a good port of the game, the bad part is the fact that getting good players is way too time consuming, even more than I remember UT being. Just make sure you have a good enough cellphone.
