That was a bad match up in scheme decided by the DC. Beasley is agile and quick and the scheme is to give the inside and intermediate routes that dare them to get YACs instead of give up the long play. A real slot corner is a better match up, and when Biggers covered Beasley instead of Jenkins, Beasley was much less effective.
Jenkins was also playing injured and concussed. He did better match up against Witten.
The Cowboys are also a team that has faced Jenkins on the Eagles 3 times prior to that. Divisional opponents have advantages other teams do not because of the familiarity.

I think the routes and the protection is just dictating that Matt only throw it to Julio or no one. Matt always seemed to play well when he spread the ball around, even when his o-line was worse, he was good at making quick decisions as far as where to go with the ball.
