Which issues are you referring to? As far as I can tell there hasn't really been any one consistent factor in their losses that has gotten them. But yeah I think the key key for McCarron is to keep the offense balanced, I think one thing that was apparent from the Steelers game is that he is a better deep passer than Dalton. If they can get a consisten ground/short pass game going and throw in some opportune dragons this offense could have a nice new look to it. However McCarron is too inexperienced to be able to take them anywhere in the playoffs. Their chances of making any sort of playoff run will rest on them getting a first round bye. If they do that they they have they have a chance of getting Dalton back for the playoffs
