Jags have the best drafting in the division. The Colts got Luck and the Texans got Watt/Hopkins, but those teams are too bound up in one really good player. The Jags are building a team, with a ton of legitimate offensive options. The defense needs work, but Fowler returning next year should help.

The colts and Texans can't into draft and big free agents are always overrated so they stagnate because the roster has too many holes. Clowney is a bust and the colts draft more wide receivers despite huge holes on both sides of the ball.
