Resign Fitzpatrick to maintain some consistency on the offense. Keep O-line strong so the running game can remain effective. Get at least one more decent receiver so fitz has more options to throw to. Keep developing Bryce Petty, or if it is clear that he is not the qb we want, draft or sign someone who will be a long term solution.
On defense:
Get some speed on the outside for pass rush situations, develop some of the younger secondary players, it's pretty clear that Revis is declining. Resign Mo Wilkerson because he has stayed out of trouble and deserves a nice contract.
Main thing, start drafting and building towards future. The team is old and new players should start to learn while there are excellent veterans on the roster.
