While Dutch teams have been focusing on building academies and structure, other teams have been getting sugar daddies, or only getting richer.
Most of our best players get bought out at fucking 15 and 16 now. Every single year, Eredivisie top scorers/assisters get bought out. No single team is even able to build, simply because money clubs snatch players away as soon as they show the slightest potential.
It's fucking obscene.
Netherlands should adopt a new professional structure with a league with 12 regional franchises (one for each province) and the clubs serving as seeders for franchises.
