I just visited Belgium last week and while Gent, Brugge, Antwerp and Brussels are all very nice towns, nothing compares to the huge amounts of young, beatiful, cutie students from all over the world you can find in Leuven. Best place in Belgium, would happily live there for the next 10 years.
