After mid-season dominance, my team has limped into the playoffs. This is my waiver wire, I practically have 1st position (the actual 1 and 2 spots haven't made waiver moves all season and 3 is in a consolation bracket). Point is, I know there's probably not a whole lot I can do to improve, but any suggestions on who to pick up would be greatly appreciated.
I've already got Davante Parker and James White scheduled to be picked up. Any thoughts on who to get 1st? Anyone else worth picking up? I've got at least one more occupied spot on my roster I would give up without a 2nd thought.
Also, for defense, I'm actually thinking about picking up Tampa Bay, considering the next 3 opponents for them are the Saints, Rams and Bears. Minnesota's been pretty good to me despite last weeks mediocre showing but they're playing Arizona. I picked up the Rams last week just in case their season doesn't completely implode.

My current RB situation is Deangelo, Gore, Mathews and Coleman
2 trades I made this season:
1. Jonathan Stewart and Eli for Gore and Watkins (back in Week 3-4 when Stewart wasn't doing shit)
2. Doug Martin for Gronk the week before Martin's 235 yard game
I had also picked up Rawls the week before he became starter when Lynch was questionable, but dropped him
So, by this point in the season, I could have had a RB stable of Stewart, Martin, Deangelo, Rawls, and Mathews. Sure, I could only start 3 of them, but still.

The only metric I have to offer about Fleener is that he saw a few more targets than usual and caught them last week and is playing Jacksonville, who have allowed the most yards to TEs in the AFC. And Ebron I think has the talent, and with good old Jim Bob giving Stafford control of his offense, he'll only continue to grow. But I wouldn't waste my WW priority on them, I'd hit the Bills defense. They have a very favorable schedule to wrap up the season, save for maybe the Jets, and possibly the Eagles; I'm praying they beat the shit out of the Bills this week.

Tough one. Jameis has been pretty hot, and that NO secondary is shit. But they can't really stop the run much either, so they'll be leaning on Doug Martin. Fitzpatrick has been solid all season, and I expect him and Brandon Marshall (and of course Decker) to do great work this week. And I think I'd lean on Fitz here, because the Titans have been successful at blocking the run, so he's going to be forced to pass (and I mean, he absolutely should. Their secondary is pretty shit)

So I'm trying to figure out how playoffs work.
Right now the first two seeds are definitely locked, with 3 and 4 open, with myself being in third at 8-5, and 4-5 being the only ones possible at 7-6. I've beat #5 twice on the year, and lost once to #4, I have the point advantage on both of them, but apparently I haven't clinched playoffs according to this, so I have no idea how NFL fantasy fucking works anymore apparently. So i need to pick between Julio Jones and Devante Parker.
Jones last year in 2 games apparently went for just over 100 yards no TDs against Norman. He might be nursing a sore knee or something. And most of all his QB sucks, but Ive also read that Jones had a sook for more red zone targets so that might change things.
Parker has put up solid numbers last 2 weeks, is playing the giants so its always possible it could be a shootout, but Tannehill is pretty inconsistent and they might lean towards running the ball more again. I feel like taking the punt on Parker but my heart believes in Julio to save me.
