I did a LLM Italy save in 14 and had him, his physilels meant he couldn't cut it in the top leagues so he almost always ended up available on a free and I snatched him up.
Its pretty much like you said he was absolutely GOAT in the lower leagues but you could only use him for 45 minutes at a time before his condition would be down to like 60% so starting him would essentially mean you were only gonna have 2 subs because you knew you'd have to use one on him.

i recently had a trip abroad without my laptop and did some soul searching about the most pure type of football manager.
basically i've decided to take Donegal Celtic, from the 2nd division in Northern Ireland (I was thinking about using them, then I saw a lad with a Donegal Celtic top at Amsterdam airport so it sealed the deal - was a sign from god), only ever use regens from my youth side, no external transfers, no free transfers, and attempt to win the champions league.
After 3 seasons, I have finally been promoted to the Northern Irish Premier League, and have already gotten some pretty nice regens. Has been a bit tricky at times but it is going pretty well.
Have I set the bar hard enough for myself? Should I do something more? I think going from Conference North/South to Premier League using only regens would probably be a lot harder, so maybe I should try that when I succeed in this mission.
