I'd won the quad with Cardiff after 5 seasons in what is easily the best save I have ever had. This year however I have been utter shite. Its because there is no guaranteed method of rejection by going on holiday because you're essentially leaving it up to your ass man or chairman. If an offer comes in that is considered big enough the chairman will accept for you (that is the case even if you're not on holiday)
If an offer comes in that gets auto rejected and it upsets the player then the assman will end up having the conversation you normally have with a player meaning if they throw a shit fit there is a distinct possibility you assman promises to sell them and they will end up transfer listed or with a promise to accept a bid from a specific club which will override the "reject all offers" option.
