Hey anon, you know you can apply to be a wide receiver on the New England Patriots. All you need is
1.To be white
2.Be a manlet
3.Have exploding knees
if you can't get open immediately than try to go deep. Brady will throw it approximately 10 feet over your head and then yell at the refs for a pass interference call. Be the laughing stock of all of New England when a fanbase, so snug under Tom Brady's nuts actively throws you under the bus and treats you like shit if you're not amazing 100% of the time.

If you're lucky, Gronk's glass tendons won't tear and you'll be blessed with an owl win. That's if the defense steps up and doesn't force you to tie the game with a FG in 20 seconds. Don't be a faggot, sign up today.

Ref's don't call that non-existent pass interference call on Gronk (ironic as fuck desu) and Patriots get into field goal range, which would mean they would've literally would've gotten that last second field goal to win the game in the snow.

It literally would've been a GOAT game, instead we got refball and Gronk getting injured. The bad guys won today and you're cheering them on.

He would.

But he caught the ball in the end zone.

He would've twice but Brady missed him the first time.
>>
>>63913174
Of course he's going to get shit for dropping that pass. That's a game winning catch he should have made. Everyone still loves Wes for what he did but it's a critical play. You also put that up on a pedestal as if every manlet has gotten that treatment.

Mendenhall was a pretty good RB for the Steelers and all Pittsburgh fans remember is his goalline fumble.

Scott Norwood and Gary Anderson were fucking great kickers and what do you remember them for?

>>
>>63913217
No one ever said Brady threw a perfect ball. But it hit Welker in the fucking hands dude. A receiver who makes that catch 90% of the time has to come down with it. Again, Wes gets blame but you ask people and they appreciate what he did. But it doesn't change the fact that he dropped it. You also ignored every other example of a good player making a mistake and forever getting branded as a choker. Did you know Buckner was a great first baseman by the way?

Yes, people who win a lot get less shit for making mistakes. Nice revelation. No one in New York hates Mariano Rivera for blowing multiple saves in the 2004 ALCS.

The sheer fact Brady had this team up 21-7 in the 4th quarter was spectacular. The fact it took a UDFA rookie to fumble away points to the other team + a disgusting display of refereeing and potentially match fixing, to give Denver a win, is an absolute travesty.

The fact Brady marched them down the field for a tying field goal with absolutely nobody on offense was incredible.

The NFL needs to figure this issue out, because this is a multi-billion dollar industry and the people who enforce the rules in the games are calling them as though they only have a basic idea of how to understand the rule book and officiate a game. It's absolutely pathetic, and it has to stop.

brock can actually run bootlegs including naked
he's 6'8, 270 now, runs like a 4.6 or something ridiculous. so defenses have to watch for that. essentially it's like having a qb as a blocker because defenders have to cover him peeling off to one side.

Also I called brock being really good and said hed be a top 3 if he got enough time back there. at the begginning of the season.

he's going to be a monster if he just gets enough time. they'll get film on him fast, if he's given time to adjust to that he'll be awesome. think a bigger slightly slower cam newton with a more accurate but slightly less accurate arm. pretty close to him though. elway knows qbs.

I have to say that the $(er's D put up one hell of a show to slow us down.

They were hilariously over-zealous in the redzone on our first TD drive, but they still played well outside of that.

That roughing the passer call was unbefuckingliveable.

Facing the Rasm on their turf has me nervous. They're in the middle of a collapse as an organization, but they'll give us a fucking run for our money out of sheer animosity.

I'm predicting Palmer will become kill, though at this point, a stiff breeze will do the job.

The injury bug bit the D, Dont'a Hightower went down. Add in the Collins injury and Mayo's limited snaps due to his being made of glass and the D wasn't the same unit.

I had a feeling the game was a wash before it even started, but the refs were atrocious yesterday. Hell, they've been terrible for the entire league, and E!SPN, the Official News Network of the NFL, is shockingly mum on it. It's so bad I agreed with a fucking Pittsburgh Steelers fan about it

Why not? They're both better prospects than the guys who went 1-2 last year.

Everyone in the top 5 has more pressing needs than a true DL.

This draft is deep on the DL and a lot of teams will be going elsewhere in the first.

Elliot is a massive meme, he'll re-grade as a mid-round pick once he starts going through the evaluation process.

I mean Brock struggled most of that game, the massive sack at the end of the 4th quarter was all on him, of course the refs throw a phantom flag

They were calling everything that could possibly be a penalty against the Patriots offense and then a Broncos defender mobs a receiver before the ball gets there and they hold onto the flag.

>21-7 until refball lets the Broncos back into the game

>>
>.500 at the time

The basis for the methodology was derived from these three ideas:
1. Winning should make a team's rating go up and losing should make it go down, never the reverse.
2. Teams with high ratings should fall harder because of a loss compared to what they can gain by winning. The opposite is true for teams with low ratings.
3. The results should be recursive so that all games in the season are held to the current context of results, not the context at the time.

1. (1.000) Carolina Panthers
1. (1.000) New England Patriots
3. (0.827) Denver Broncos

Reports from OSU is that Bosa's 40 has been down in the 4.6's for over a year now.

Neither has an official time, and anyone who has watched a down either has ever played would laugh at the notion that Spence is faster than Bosa. Definitely not in game speed, and doubtful their combine 40s match what they were running back when they were recruited. Bosa has gotten bigger and much faster where Spence never really did.

Spence is not going to pass fucking Joey Bosa. Even a great combine is not going to take a guy whose position was moved in favor of another guy and put him ahead of that guy, when that guy is the consensus best defensive prospect, was more productive at OSU, and has been a stand up edge rusher in Division 1, and unlike Spence wasn't fucking booted off the football team for several failed drug tests. There's no world in which Spence jumps Bosa, and I still love Noah Spence

What makes you think Noah Spence will have such a great combine, and what makes you think a combine performance will erase head to head comparison on tape of both players.

Most people have Bosa as the #1 draft pick. Why will he fall and why will a less physically gifted pass rusher jump him after the combine? Why do you even think Spence will run a 4.6 range 40 when he's actually at the combine? Spence is more likely to fail a drug test at the combine and shatter his draft stock than he is to drop jaws at the combine. If Spence was half the player Bosa was, he would still be at OSU and not at EKU, because Urban has always protected his superstars and their drug use (including Bosa himself)

http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/football/bears/ct-bears-packers-ratings-20151127-story.html

Thursday night's Bears-Packers game was the NFL's most-watched Thanksgiving primetime game ever, with an average of 27.8 million viewers, according to NBC and the Nielsen Company.

The first Thanksgiving prime time game was in 2006. The previously most-watched was last year's Seahhawks-49ers game.

The game was also NBC’s second-most watched NFL regular-season game, behind only the 30.3 million for Cowboys-Redskins' Week 17 “win-and-in” game in 2012.

The biggest audience Thursday night was in Milwaukee, with an average of 72 million viewers. An average of 57 million watched in Chicago.

>Most people have Bosa as the #1 draft pick.
Nope, McShay is the only actual analyst (i.e., excluding basement-dwelling bloggers) who has him there. Most don't even have him as the #1 defensive player. And it'd mean fuck all right now anyway if he was the consensus #1.

>Why will he fall and why will a less physically gifted pass rusher jump him after the combine?
"Less physically gifted" is a funny way of saying "measurably faster."

>Why do you even think Spence will run a 4.6 range 40 when he's actually at the combine?
Because he consistently times in that range.

>Spence is more likely to fail a drug test at the combine and shatter his draft stock than he is to drop jaws at the combine.
Ah, there it is.

And who has Noah Spence as the better player? All you are relying on is a suspect unofficial 40 for a player that never looked even close to that fast that hasn't played Division 1 football in two years, on top of being outperformed by Bosa and the players OSU ended up replacing him with. All that on top of being character concerns: the player.

Much better talents than Spence have dropped out of the first round for less character concerns. Why are you so high on him?

What will happen when Peyton gets "healthy" again?

Will Brock stay until a bad game and then be switched back, will he be switched back for Peyton anyway or would it come down to a decision within a game? How likely are they to just keep him in until the end of the season and evaluate things there? Surely that's the logical thing to do since Peyton is incapable of anything from about this time onwards in the season anyway.

Will Peyton even push to come back in or take a step back - and if so could he retire?

Osweiler's performance wasn't amazing or anything, but he showed a great deal of learning through the game and is gaining really good experience of high pressure and end-zone plays. Do you think Elway and Peyton and all their buddies will finally accept that he's the future and Peyton shouldn't try to stick around?

Watt is going to get Jordan'd if he keeps this level of play up. Norman is the front runner in that case.

Fuck man the HassleGOAT is for real.

That shit scares me.

They wont trade for him with only one year left. Denver will pick him up as a FA

Norman is frontrunner over Watt regardless. Not Norman's fault that dominating play results in no targets, hence no stats.
>>
>>63917032

People were saying the same things about Assoumgha and Revis in their primes yet only have one DPotY to show for it.
>>
>>63917032

Norman deserves it more than Watt at this point.

And MVP. But I don't think he'll get either.
>>
>>63917032

Ok he also got 2 pass deflections, a sack and 3 TFL against your beloved Panthers. You act like he never performs against good teams. He averages 2 sacks a game against the Pats. The two times he played Green Bay, he got at least 2 sacks. I don't know what else you expect him to do. And no, no one is the frontrunner over Watt. Nobody will be either.

New bread?
>>
>>63917032

Imagine if Norman had to cover two receivers all of the time, and still produced the results that he does. That is essentially what Watt does as he is literally held and double or triple teamed every play (I know this meme is like a broken record, doesn't make it less true) and STILL leads the league in sacks and TFL. Norman wishes he could clean Watt's jockstrap

Norman and Kuechly are both better players overall than Watt. Norman is the best shutdown corner in the game, Kuechly is hands down the best LB in the league (infinite engine, great lateral movement, pristine instincts, big and strong with enough game sense to always fill running holes, and the best coverage of all LBs).

Watt is awesome but those two are hands down the best

Thomas Davis should get SI Sportsman of the year imho. 3 ACL tears, leading OLB in pro bowl voting, highest of character, pivotal member of he best LB duo in the league, old as shit, and a super workhorse.
