Officiating is inherently going to have a large error rate, if for no pother reason than you can't calla foul on one guy if you happen to be looking at anther guy at the moment.
When you add to that the fact that NFL refs are part timers who are aging out, spending their off-field time doing their day-jobs instead of studying the overly-complex NFL rule book, the error rate becomes significant.
The fact that you see a lot of bad calls involving the team you like does not indicate there is a conspiracy against your team -- it indicates the quality of officiating is horrible, and you are watching the team you watch.
