Because you can't "Eliminate ones that are obvious unders games." There will be games that are high scoring that you predict to be obviously low scoring games and games that are low scoring that you predict to be obviously high scoring games. It will cancel out leaving you with the approximately 1.8 average odds which as I've already stated means that you will still lose money even if you have slightly more winners than losers.
I can with 100% certainty tell you this will not work. There is no magical system of doing something every week that will allow you to win at betting with the exception of uncovering information bookies have not uncovered and getting to know a league/sport well enough that you can see when lines are slightly out from where they should be which isn't as simple as many people think. Every gambler thinks they have an edge but very, very few do. Just because you think you know a sport/league very well it does not mean that you do.
The very best thing that you can do if you think you have an edge is either stake very small and track your bets carefully on a spreadsheet to track if you are truly making good decisions or not or even not bet at all but still pretend as if you were and track what you would've bet and at what odds then after several months analyse where you've won, where you've lost and what total profit/loss you will have made.
Doing something like taking overs on every match (even eliminating a handful of matches that you feel are obvious unders) will ensure you lose money. You must beat the bookies at knowledge not simply try to find a system that will beat them.

Cerro - IASA: Cerro is playing very well with luck and refball on their side, while Sudamerica is scrapping ties and wins somehow despite not playing that well, their new coach is still unbeaten. DNB for Cerro is very safe, I'll get into Cerro -0.5 not because it's that likely, but 2.05 is good value. I could see an o2.5 total happening but the pitch is really bad so it can go either ways.
Miramar - Tacuarembo: Tacuarembo is on crisis and has a really old team while Miramar is going up with a young motivated team. Miramar is clear favorite. I really can't see Tacuarembo scoring.
Torque - Progreso: besides being favorites it's almost certain Torque will score once, the pitch condition is a mistery so I won't risk on totals albeit u2.5 looks juicy, Torque doesn't defend well while Progreso doesn't attack well either. If the pitch is good or there are early goals you can expect 3 goals easily, today is very sunny so probably it dried from yesterday.
Don't know if they'll be covered but:
Canadian - Cerro Largo: o2.5 is safe, CL clear favorite but I can see a tie with goals happening.
Boston River - Atenas: Atenas is easily the worst team in the tournament so handicap for Boston will be good, even moreso considering they've been unlucky and soccerway will mislead bookies.
That's all I think. The cool stuff happens during the match when odds get twisted, like a clear favorite not scoring for the first half and then bookies giving very generous odds. Goals here are way more common during second half, but if there were goals during first half teams get tired and try to close the match playing defensively. Teams almost never suffer blowouts because they'd preffer to start a brawl on the pitch before that happens, so if you see a quick 3-0 don't think it's a train, instead hop on u6.5 and even maybe u5.5.
