As a pure neutral that watches a good mix of English, Spanish, Italian, Champions, Europa, etc leagues just because I love watching games on tv, yes. They are horribly painful to watch. The style of play is one thing, but their players just don't look like they're having fun. There's no chemistry. It all seems so forced.
