Depends on the coach. Coaches with good records can draw in a kings ransom but everyone else will make peanuts in comparison. College is where coaches brush up to coach in the NFL, not the other way around. but some like Harbough, might make the switch because of the money and because coaching a college team is far less stressful than coaching an NFL team, and as an added bonus, there's no more asshole front office management to deal with anymore because schools will leave you alone for the most part as long as you win.
