Nah, the HB wouldn't get out there in time to block anybody.
You would need a second WR on the right side in place of the HB block in order for that to work. What you're trying to set up is basically a wide receiver screen. In theory, however, you could have one of the WRs on the left come in motion to the right and throw that block, then it would work.
