Right, I get that. It's impossible to change calls during the game proper, because they effect later plays. But the last play of the game, nothing else happens, so If you can look to a point and say, it should have been whistled dead and 10 second runoff ended the game, and it's completely obvious, why not just say we can at least fix that?
