Only up until her next fight. After Ronda she's likely just going to out jab and jog every other opponent she faces to decision. Both Pennington and Reneau were hesitant to exchange with Holm, which led to her finding only limited success. Rousey spent the whole match chasing Holm down with little head movement and poor footwork. I think her first title defense will do a fair number of PPV buys, but once the general masses realize she's not typically that lethal her numbers will become abysmal.

Change camps so she can actually get some help patching up the holes in her stand up. It has been made obvious by her performance and the advice Edmond was giving her that he's just awful. Hopefully Ronda can realize this.

Cerrone has literally no chance against RDA. There is a real reason why he always chokes in big fights. He simply doesn't care about being champion. He doesn't have that outside motivation that true champions have to be the absolute best. He fights for fun and to pay the bills, not to be the best. Came home late last night, watched the fight at 2am, was busy this morning and had some time now so I figured to say something
Wow, Holm's footwork and movement was out of control and Rousey looked just like she said herself in the Jimmy Fallon interview: "Frustrated".
She told Fallon that "Holm would use footwork to frustrate me and then when I make a mistake she will kick my head" (Or something along those lines, not exact quote), of course right after that line she said: "But that's not going to happen".
Holm looked great and DID get her frustrated, took her out of her rhythm, tagged her a lot and got her tired faster (also dazed I believe) because of all these new emotions.
Was Holm getting in her head because she stayed cool as ice when Rousey got angry and in her face at the weigh in?
Anyway, the way Holm moved, even ducked underneath the left hook from Rousey, she was on fire and came in prepared, needles to say with Winklejohn and Jackson in your corner since they will make 100% certain of that.
That takedown of her, what a smart idea! The reason she did that was so that Ronda doesn’t have her feet planted for a hip or shoulder throw, so to lift her up, take her down and get back up right away, great game planning.

Like I said, Cyborg has already dominated the same fighters (Invicta/Strikeforce) at a bigger weight class. Ronda' power wasn't even good enough to bring Holm to the floor and Cyborg is much, much bigger than most women. Cyborg has the power advantage, striking advantage, experience and I'd even give her the ground game where she was never, ever threatened apart from her very first fight back in 2005.
Holm could beat Cyborg on precision and a better gameplan, but not Ronda. Especially now that she's tasted shin.
Cyborg would be the female equivalent to Rumble. Cuts a lot of weight and comes in powerful. And Ronda is no DC. If she can't establish dominance in the first seconds of the fights, she's broken.
