name 1 time the Patriots cheated. Spygate was a non issue because the practice was NOT banned until the 2007 season, and they were busted for it the first game of the season, so the only time it could have been considered cheating was that 1 game. There was only 1 ball deflated more than a tic below regulation, and that amount of air pressure loss could easily be accounted for from atmospheric conditions, leaving only 1 ball that could possibly have been deflated, and even that one was only 2psi below regulation, so IF it was underinflated to begin with, it would not have been by much, and there is NO reason to deflate just ONE out of 12 balls. What are the odds that a barely noticeable air pressure drop in just one out of 12 balls is going to have an impact on the game? And on a final note, the only ball that was suspicious was in the possession of the Pats accusers, the Colts, for a LONG time before it was turned in. IF it was deliberately deflated, (which as I have already demonstrated seems pointless and highly improbable) it is just as likely that the Colts were the guilty culprits. The most likely explanation is either a faulty ball or an accidental and innocent underinflation. Why not talk about REAL examples of cheating, like Joe Montana and Jerry Rice connecting on hundreds of passes with the assistance of stick um, a banned substance? How hard is it to complete passes to a guy whose hands are covered with glue? Montana/Rice and the 49ers are much bigger cheaters than the Pats ever thought of being. The Saints have had bounty scandals and recording other teams locker room scandals, the Seahawks used to lead the NFL in PED violations, multiple teams have been busted for piping in fake crowd noise to disrupt other teams, but people still keep bringing up the same fat load of BS that has already been proven false. Look at all the facts and their is no question: The Pats are the best team from the last 15 years, and Brady?
