Pujols needs to play a couple of more seasons to get 3000 hits and 600 home runs, but I think that he's a lock regardless. Felix, Kershaw, Cano and Greinke need to play a little longer. Ortiz only gets in depending on how the writers feel about his steroid tests. Tex, Utley, Beltran, Mauer, and possibly Sabathia are on the cusp.
