Thing is with Bell, he's not a first baseman. He's a right fielder who had to move to first because there's no room in Pittsburgh. His defense this year was horrid. We're talking Alvarez bad. Maybe he'll improve maybe he won't. Pirates tend to value defense though. If they sign Park and he's good, it opens up some interesting trade possibilities with Bell or possibly Polanco.
