Talking to a trooper at one of our job sites, I work for my states DOT, and he had a rich lady in a BMW fly throught the work zone at 90-100, on her phone, and as he approached the car she stayed on her phone and waved her hand out the window like "hurry up."

Well the work zone speed limit was 45, and in my state the infraction is double for speeding in a work zone. Since she was doing double the limit as it was, and talking on her phone, the penalty was much higher. The officer said "Ma'am, I see you're from out of state, so you dont know how bad you just fucked up. What's gonna happen now is that your car is being towed and you are coming back to the station in handcuffs. Hope that sale was worth it." He then walked away from her as she began to cry and argue, and told his rookie to arrest her. Sometimes bro-cops use the law for great justice.
