Oh no I understand that, the only problem would be once I got a decent youth setup going in Belarus teams would poach all the good youth and knowing the AI would have them rot in the reserves or on the Bench and i'm back where I started.
To clarify, my plan was to lure them to a league like Serie A, Bundesliga ect. where the league and club reps would be sufficiently high enough to "protect" my youth from AI vultures swooping in and wasting them away.
But I see your point and it would probably be more rewarding albeit more difficult to just raise the reputation of the Belorussian league/clubs to where I can achieve the same effect. Probably gonna take 20-30 years either way lol.

Lack of realism imo, the players respond to the goal being scored because they're programmed to do so. But really if the ball just crosses the line, the players should respond appropriately - the defending team quickly trying to move on with play, the attacking team waiting for the ref's signal or pleading with him to give the goal instead of celebrating the second the ball went over the line.
