It's decent for a midfielder, but there's a big difference between the Championship and the Premier League. My point is that Arter isn't going to be a striker in disguise. The chance of him scoring a goal is probably 10%.
I read the hype about this Ritchie fellow, but I don't rate him. He has only had 1 assist in all 11 games this season so far, and whilst he appears to have had a bumper year last year in the championship, that was with was the benefit of having weak opposition. Furthermore, if you go back and take a look at the individual games, it seems that striker Kermorgant and Ritchie were often doing the old switcheroo (when ritchie gets goals, its often from a Kermorgant assist), probably because Kermorgant was an old fart and lacking in speed.
