it's mediocre at its best. With Marchisio and Verratti it would have been a great midfield. But without them it's outright bad. Thiago Motta can't run to save his life, De Rossi is slightly better than Motta but that's it. Add Parolo and you have a midtable-tier midfield in Serie A.

Don't try to hit the ball straight, aim for a controlled draw.
Also, cover your driver face in vaseline (note: this is not legal in tournaments obviously), it will make the club impart less spin on the ball.
I'm coaching a football/soccer.
Until now I didn't think too much about it and I just repeated the basic stuff I did as a player.
However, we got promoted and next year will be much tougher so I started to read more bout tactics and training planification.
The physical preparation will probably be alright (I'm a physiotherapist, I'm used to it)
I have problems with goalkeepers. Our goal keepers aren't great and I'd like to give them a specific training and I don't know much
If anyone played goalkeeper, can you tell me what was your program? For others, how did the goalies train in your team?
Should I involve them in the field players exercise?
