given that the Raiders were tied for most drops for the season, the O-line falling apart, Coopers foot injury, and Derek Carr regressing over the 2nd half of the season.
I'd say he did a pretty good job, but I agree the screens on 3rd and long get annoying and he can be too conservative for my tastes.
I think a RB to compliment Murray and some new pieces on the O-Line will help a lot. Consistency in the offensive system and with the skill players will be key to another step forward next year
