Alright fuckers, I just got done reading Money and Soccer, the follow-up to Soccernomics, and the author is a big proponent of a more permanent European Super-League in Europe.
I decided to allot myself 48 teams and give it a go.
NOTES:
-basically I figured that I'd try to give widespread representation to Europe. This means including a Baltic team at the expense of a 5th Bundesliga team, and giving Ireland a team over something like Feyenoord.
-I factored rivalries in where I could. This explains Greece, Ukraine, Russia and some others
