Personally, mountain biking, there's one or two decent yoga studios, T Chul, Romero pools, Madera is only an hour out of town(just spotted the elegant trogon down there too btw), and the bars are pretty decent after 10. I typically get 2-3 free drinks through the night or people offer to smoke you up, there are some neat shopping centers to check out, especially down on 4th and that surrounding area. Go cruise Miracle Mile. Do some gardening or yard work/landscaping, invite your neighbors over for a beer, just get out there.
Bring more than a bottle of water when you go hiking, though.
