Girl I knnow is a cosplay girl into lolita stuff, not the best looking and real weird if anyone talks to her.

Been crushing on her but dont know how to start talking to her any suggestions? she is always selling this weird stuff she makes at student fairs but noone buys it, figures that would be a good spot to talk to her but no idea what to say?

If it's Lolita fashion, then it's not cosplay. I'm an ex Lolita fashion-ist, it's likely brands. If it's cute and frilly and headbows and dresses and skirts, it's the Japanese fashion of Lolita.
