Some type of ex friend to the protagonist that has been wronged but it's over looked. Gets mutated and ends up a mostly mindless super human that wants nothing more than protagonists blood. Late game boss battle.

Barely ranked above protagonist and doesn't let them forget it untill the game is about a quarter done and all the bad shits happening in which he joins the team and stops being an asshat. Double crosses you at some point and the protagonist chooses to save or let them die shortly after
