Alright /SOC/, I need advice. I remember this being a board where I could ask for help and usually got it.
I have this ex, that broke up with me while I was in a hospital after trying to kill myself, she put me in rehab and kicked me out of the house while in rehab. This was in July, I just now got back most of my stuff, but I'm missing a vintage guitar, a new guitar, all of my pots and pans, three old phone handsets and a ton of blu-rays.
She's ignoring my e-mails, texts and phone calls to the point where I'm about ready to go to her workplace or get some cops to escort me to the house.

Seriously, call the cops. Keep everything above board. Find documentation that the belongings are yours if possible. Involve your family and a lawyer if possible.

Seriously though, just call the police dude. If she's done what you say, that's theft and she can't be trusted not to fuck it all up. Gather any pictures or receipts or anything that proves you owned those items, call the police and file it as theft, then deal with that bitch in a lawful way.
If shit gets broken or lost or she sold it or whatever, you might well be covered by some form of insurance (supposing you have any). If not, you can at least sue her for damages.

The other guitar is a Breedlove Passport Concert. She bought it for me, claims it's hers now, the next month I spent $1400 on a vacation for us. Then, after she kicked me out, I was forced to pay three months rent due to the rent, which to me says: I more than paid for that guitar. Everything else mentioned, I bought with MY money.
Go through the list of things missing and total their value. The higher the better but don't lie.
Send her the list and explain that unless the items are returned, you will file grand larceny charges with the local police (grand larceny limits vary, here is Mass it's $250).
Give her a deadline to respond and if/when that deadline expires, go to the police. No big explanation about rehab, etc... You were away for a while and she has apparently stolen your stuff. Bring list and pics if possible.
