The frenums were fun. They look nice, are great for foreplay and make for an interesting grip for masturbation.
I usually ended up having to take them out though for sex, until I upgraded to the larger gages and shorter barbells.
Don"t use a ring like in my pic though, unless it's short term only. I tried to make mine longer term and it ended up migrating out on the one closest to the head.
Also, If you think you you might get a Prince Albert, make sure you don"t have a frenum piercing placed too high up or too close to the PA because you run the risk of them "connecting" internally making both the frenum and PA extra places for the urethra to exit.
In my experience, the larger the gage, the more comfortable they are. As with most piercings, it is best to start at a gage closest to where you ultimately want to be at, instead of starting small and stretching up.
