What 'tunnels' are you talking about? You can literally just walk down the subway going north. You'll fucking die doing it just fyi.
Also there's the sewers. You can just go down into the storm drains. Also if it rains you'll die.
Then there are the old booze ban tunnels but it's not 1930 so they're all bricked up.
