Hon, I'm a health professional, you're fucking your whole body up eating like that, to a point where you're not replacing the lost weight with muscle or joint strength. The reason you were losing so little weight is because there is a learning curve with your body's ability to transfer energy, it will take months of hard work to properly drop the weight, and even then it might not seem like it because the weight your losing is replaced by heavier muscle. It's not coming off where you want it to because you're working yourself hard, and not eating enough at all, so your body is attempting to save itself by storing fat in predisposed places. You need to bump your calories back up, with healthy food, and continue on with your workout, but if you keep eating like this you're going to be extremely unhealthy in the near future. More so than what being slightly over weight would give you.
I'm 6'3 at 195lbs, 9% bodyfat, and I eat about 2700kcal daily, while only doing calisthenics about 4 hours a week. My family is all overweight, half of them genetically, and my dad has a gut despite running marathons. I just eat right and focus on properly exercising.

Its cool, I agree to disagree and understand your frustration. From my experience I've only seen the majority of dudes have one requirement, "Skinny".
