Well it's insecurity combined with losing a lot of weight that makes me curious to see how my appearance is progressing.
I get rated 6/6.5/7 in these threads with various pics, so I've gone from a 2 to a ~6.5 which is pretty neat
As for what you can do, I'm not sure. You're in shape, you have a good haircut. I'd experiment with facial hair if I were you.
