Going to the gym is different from doing pushups, pull ups and other body weight exercises. Your body reacts a lot better by doing natural motions, rather than lifting weights. Avoid crunches and sit-ups, though, unless you want a beergut and back problems. Masturbating increases testosterone output temporarily, but ejaculation causes an immediate drop, and after time your body gets used to it and you start to produce less.
