From personal experience it varies. Some Femanons like it psychologically, some indifferent, others do feel the nut and like it, some don't. Some like the extra wet that fills them and get off on the post costal drip.
No set answer. But many don't care. Clean, vasectomy, and rawdog occasionally. It's the best feeling for both.
