Just find your TDEE and eat on a slight surplus

Basically just eat an extra meal or 2, quality foods so you stay full for longer and the only thing you really don't need to do is binge of soft drink or chocolate etc. idk where you're at now so hard to give any useful advice

Men, I weigh 200lbs sitting at around 21%bf and 6ft tall. I used to workout in highschool and now I've lost all the muscle I used to have (21 now). I'm very curious about steroids. Have any of you ever tried them? Purely for aesthetic reason; I don't plan on using them for any competitions.

Please listen to this guy. The only way I could ever imagine justifying using an anabolic would be under the strictest doctor supervision and even then, there could be complications that could ruin everything.

The only person I've ever personally known to do them was a powerlifter who's coach would make the team take biweekly blood tests among other things and even then it seemed like it wasn't worth it.
