I'm trying to cut right now, so keeping my diet pretty controlled at the moment. Lots of lean proteins, veggies and whole grains.
I mostly lift but get in some kind of cardio (usually boxing, but sometimes just jump rope or something), 3-5 times a week depending on my schedule.
