It's funny that you speak that way about vt. I feel the same way. I grew up in orange county, ny and there was a lot more to do. I can't imagine how bad it must suck growing up there.
It also seems like everyone is ok with making no money and barely scraping by. Granted the quality of people seems better, there are a lot of hard working people there and people are nicer in general.
The way people speak to you at stores is a tremendous difference compared to where I grew up. There's a bunch of miserable phony fuckers where I grew up.
Just get a little buy more South... Or West... You will be in lot better environment... North East Kingdom in VT was scary the few times I've been there. The rest of VT I love :-)
