I am a 23 year old female, INTJ.
INF/TJ here, haven't bothered learning any of the more nuanced sub-categories though.
The F/T tend to switch based on my mood, when I'm depressive I lean T and when I'm more happy I test as F more often.

ESFP, I've literally never gotten this before but I answered everything completely honestly. I don't really feel like I fit the personality type but hey it's fun I guess. I dunno some things are sensible whereas others are not. Bit less energetic/more of a homebody than this'd suggest, as well as a lot more patient.
I've always been an F though, and I/E frequently flip since I'm more toward the middle rather than either extreme, but every other variable has changed. Also this is my first time ever getting P. Interesting....

Pretty similar. The last test I did I scored an equal ESFP/ESFJ leaning.
