I really like Burzum, even though I don't agree with his political stances. Darkthrone, Dimmu Borgir, and Behemoth are also cool. I also like more modern bm bands like Wolves in the Throne Room and Alter of Plagues.
But for non Black Metal bands, I really like Converge, Nails, Punch, Refused, Minor Threat, Bad Brains, and a fuckton of other hardcore/punk bands.
