Mine grows to 8", but it still isn't that much of a noticeable change for me.
But since the average flaccid penis is 3.5" that means the average growth is only 1.67". Since it's a 2.5" change for me I'm not really sure whether I'm more shower or grower.

I have an identical twin brother and we've compared (not in a twincest way).
He is only about 2.5"-3" soft, I'm 5"-5.5".
Once we're hard we're almost the exact same, a little between 7.5-7.75 when hard but soft I'm way bigger. Which is interesting.
From what he's told me no girl cares about the size of you soft, but I can't imagine being 7" soft and also 7", which I know some people are.
