To start learning math? Of course not, math is a wonderful hobby as long as you don't care about how normies think of you (or you don't tell people).
To start a career doing research in math? Probably, to be quite frank. Yitang Zhang showed that math isn't *entirely* a young man's game, but let's be honest, he's just one data point in a sea of thousands. Most mathematicians that amounted to anything great had already made major contributions by 25, typically peaking in the early to mid thirties.
