Is time a concept humans created?

No.
no, but the way we measure time is a human concept

Time as you experience it, yes. Time as itself, no. If you ask if your perception of time is somewhat false, then the answer is again yes.
And by the way, every concept is human created. Things themselves, if any, are not.

Concepts are a human concept.
Yes. Time is how we perceive the 4th dimension

no time (change in position) IS the 4th dimension, which is why we can only see a tesseract (a 4th dimensional object) when it is moving.

time is a measurement that has evolved to something we don't need a tangible source to mediate it, ie day night cycles. before that plenty of things went off moons or days governed by a period of light followed by a period of no light.
animals obey time in feeding cycles and such, and seasonal cycles affect many species breeding and habitat conditions. so no, we didn't make time we just gave it the best name.
