Also, for instance (pertaining to the first paragraph) molecules with the same types and amount of atoms interact with their environments in different fashions dependent of how their molecules are arranged. (Left-hand molecules vs. Right-hand molecules) So we could say that the fundamental energy, or the true indivisible form of nature, is simply arranged differently inside of a quark than it's in the other particles.
