This probably belongs on another board, but an anon a while back gave me a link to a wonderful place where I could read textbooks and whatnot for free. I'm trying to read up on tensors and whatnot (inb4 brainlet, I know) and pic related or something similar seems like a good place to start.

As a poorfag, I'd appreciate a link to the land of piracy I can't dig up on Google for some reason.

Pretty sure this book does not exist online. If anyone proves me wrong I will be eternally indebted to them.

if you're a student at an education institution who has never yet explored their library, your school might have access to springer link which you should most definitely take advantage of

also, if you're more into the physical, some schools even have deals where you can get paperback copies of ANY springer book for 25$

Can we just call this a book thread now?

Does anyone have any suggestions for an introductory Logic book or website?
I have to take a Foundations of Mathematics course next semester, but I have never been able to fit any logic courses into my timetable, so I feel like I will be at a disadvantage going in.

I like Zill.
It's more about identifying and solving them, less about proofs though.
Nice and short and to the point.

The LaTeX wikibook is great.
I use it for almost everything.

gigapedia/librarynu died a long time ago

what i found during my OCD collector phase was that looking up a mathematics professor's home page was often a good idea. you wouldn't have believed how often these guys will publish a .pdf that you can download freely.
